Client Trust

I want to briefly discuss the importance of having a great working, professional relationship between ourselves and our clients, how we build those relationships, and how it benefits all parties.

When we meet prospective clients for the first time to discuss a new web design project, their are many factors that are important. Trust is very important for both sides but especially for the client. Our clients need to know they can trust us in that we take our jobs seriously, and know that we are aware of the responsibilities placed on ourselves. A good foundation for building trust is honesty. We are honest about what we can do for a client. We don't sell pipe dreams, or promise unachievable results. We are realistic and grounded and give simple answers to simple questions (most people like that whether in business or not). 

With this approach, the client is empowered to make smart and informed decisions - and the relationship and the project will be all the better for it.
